Every Saturday and Sunday, from 12:00 to 2:00 pm, we alternately serve the Max & Moritz chicken, our entrecôte in a larch coating, or the whole-roasted salmon trout.

You will be right up next to the action as luxurious dishes are created over burning juniper branches. The food is cooked over hay or buried in the embers, with everything eaten on the spot afterwards.

You can experience FÖ cuisine even more intensively on some specific dates. Our FÖ-weekends for 2026 will be communicated soon.
There you can expect interesting conversations with our fire cooks right next to the embers. You can take part and try it out.
Would you like a private setting for a group of 10-20 people? We create a great 4-course menu and spoil you with our natural cuisine upon reservation, with or without a cooking course.
