You will be right up next to the action as luxurious dishes are created over burning juniper branches. The food is cooked over hay or buried in the embers, with everything eaten on the spot afterwards.

Every Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. there is alternating Max & Moriz chicken, our entrecôte in a larch coat or the salmon trout cooked in one piece.

Would you like a private setting for a group of 10-20 people? We will create a great 4-course menu and spoil you with our natural cuisine if you reserve in advance, with or without a cooking course.
