You start with the log cabin sauna, drink in the cool mountain air and then relax in the whey bath in a wooden tub on an Alpine meadow filled with wild flowers. During a massage in the hayloft with an unobstructed view of the babbling village fountain and into the valley, you bid farewell to your last bit of tension.

The Guarda Sana welcomes you with the healing powers of nature. In our sauna in Lenzerheide, body and mind come into harmony. Visit our versatile sauna area and treat yourself to a soothing massage or cosmetic treatment.

The sauna area is accessible free of charge for hotel guests, but even as a non-hotel guest you can relax in our whey bath or in the hot pot under the open sky.

The entrance fee for non-hotel guests is 55 euros per day. The price includes a bathrobe, bathing shoes, drinks and vitamins. If you book our massage treatments, the entrance fee is waived.
