Our cuisine and our original Kuhstall restaurant are highly praised by Gault Millau. But that doesn't mean as much to us as your smile when you enjoy our food. We love to surprise you again and again. The top chefs at our gourmet restaurant find everything we need to do this regionally in Graubünden.

Our opening hours throughout the year:

Wednesday to Sunday from 6.30 to 9.30 pm & lunchtime from 12.00 to 2.00 pm we serve our new lunch menu in light gourmet style.

On Sunday, 9th June 2024, our top chefs enjoy an additional day off, but our Bündnerstübli Crap Naros will be open all day on these days.

The guests have to like it. The old dining rooms of our Maiensässe must be alive and bring joy. It's been that way since 1971, when the first dishes left the kitchen pass. “You (the guests) will tell you whether it tastes good – but until now I have been able to look our guests in the eye after every service,” smiles Paul Berberich.
