In summer
The high valley appears in pastel shades in spring, lush green at the height of summer and gloriously golden in autumn. Explore the region on over 170 km of signposted hiking and Nordic-walking trails. Switzerland’s only Globi (story character) trail is full of fascinating facts on the region’s scenic attractions. Bike to the most beautiful spots using one of over 23 GPS tours or follow 300 km of signposted biking trails. The Heidsee lake with water-sports centre and lido with kid’s pool is a magnet for families and water lovers.

In winter
The Lenzerheide mountain peaks appear dusted white with snow before the winter-blue sky. Explore the two equally sun-kissed sides of the valley. Some 155 km of ski pistes and 52 km of cross-country runs lead past cosy mountain huts and sunny spots. Winter walkers and Nordic walkers will find a network of over 80 km of trails with the frozen Heidsee lake in the centre.
