Useful information
- Your room will be available for occupation from 3.00 p.m. on arrival day and until 11.00 a.m. on departure day.
- No fee will be charged for reservation cancellations made up to 15 days before arrival.
- Cancellations made from 14 to 6 days before arrival will be charged at 1 night per room.
- For cancellations made from 5 days before arrival, we charge the effective costs (max. 3 nights, 100% room & breakfast).
- We recommend taking out cancellation insurance (e.g. www.elvia.ch)
- A reservation is confirmed with the provision of a credit card number/or signed confirmation/ or part payment of 50% before arrival.
